According to Amit Shah, West Bengal received assistance worth two lakh crore rupees in the last 10 years of the previous government, while the Modi government has provided aid amounting to 8.5 lakh crore rupees in nine years. The money sent by Prime Minister Modi is not reaching the poor because the Trinamool syndicate is allegedly intercepting it in the middle.
