CIDCO has allotted plots to landowners from six villages under the Town Planning Scheme-2 in the Navi Mumbai Airport Influence Notified Area. The 92,000 sq m of land was handed over to landowners from Chiple, Vihighar, Devad, Bhokarpada, Belavali and Sangade villages. The NAINA project is the upcoming urban development project undertaken by CIDCO, where a unique development model is adopted, making landowners partners in the development by giving them developed land to the extent of 40% of their original lands.
