In Ludhiana, Punjab, the foundation stone for TATA’s second-largest steel plant in the country will be laid today. The inauguration ceremony will be performed by Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann. The plant, with an estimated cost of 2600 crore rupees, will provide employment opportunities for 2500 people.
