Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav, upon assuming office, has taken two decisions. The first decision is to impose strict regulations on the sale of open meat and eggs. The second decision is to take action against loudspeakers at religious places. Former Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh, Uma Bharti, has also expressed happiness over these two decisions of the government.
