In Bihar, the Mahagathbandhan government has suffered a major setback as a challenge has been presented in the Patna High Court to expand the scope of reservation. A public interest litigation (PIL) has been filed by Gaurav Kumar and Naman Shresth. Before listing the petition, a copy of it has been sent to the office of the Advocate General. After obtaining the Chief Justice’s approval, it will be officially listed.
