Now a decision has been taken on the disqualification of Nationalist Congress Party MLAs in Maharashtra politics. Assembly Speaker Rahul Narvekar pronounced the order in the matter. Rahul Narvekar said in his order that Ajit Pawar faction is the ‘real Nationalist Congress Party’. The decision was based on legislative majority. In such a situation, Ajit group cannot be disqualified.
