Major stock indices declined in early trade on Monday after Reliance Industries Limited’s (RIL) quarterly results fell short of market expectations. Foreign fund outflows and rise in crude oil prices also weighed on the market sentiment. Traders are now waiting for the monetary policy of the US Federal Reserve to be released this week. During this period, the 30-share BSE Sensex fell 87.24 points or 0.13 to 66,597.02. The broader NSE Nifty was down 10.65 points, or 0.05 per cent, at 19,734.35.
