The Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi Trust has presented its claim on the land of the Eidgah for the first time. Mathura’s Civil Judge Senior Division Court has accepted the petition regarding this matter. The case will be transferred to the High Court. In the dispute over Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi-Shahi Eidgah Masjid, the Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi Trust has filed a claim on the Eidgah land for the first time. On Friday, the Trust filed the petition in Mathura’s Civil Judge Senior Division Court, represented by trustees Vinod Kumar Bindal and Omprakash Singhal. The court has scheduled a hearing after lunch break and accepted the case to be sent to the High Court, allowing for the consolidation of this case with the 17 previous petitions that were already pending in the High Court.
