UP STF apprehended Ravi in an encounter in the Incholi police station area of Meerut. Ravi Mawana was injured during the exchange of fire. On May 31st, he was involved in demanding a 5 lakh ransom from a Meerut businessman, during which he shot the businessman’s son after the ransom was not paid.
