In the context of the 2023 Madhya Pradesh Elections, while speaking to the media in Damoh, a Samajwadi Party (SP) leader stated that the PDAI (Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, and Other Backward Classes) India alliance would become a significant force. It is this PDAI strength that can gradually erode the BJP’s presence in Delhi. He further added that if there is a strategy for the I.N.D.I.A. alliance, it is PDAI. They believe that the BJP has no faith in democracy but rather in ‘loot-tantra’.
