New Delhi, Co-operative NCCF will start retailing onions from government ‘buffer stock’ at a subsidized rate of Rs 25 per kg in the national capital from Monday to provide relief to people from high prices. A top NCCF official gave this information on Sunday.
The National Cooperative Consumer Federation of India (NCCF) is already selling tomatoes at a subsidized rate on behalf of the central government and has now been entrusted with retailing onions from the ‘buffer stock’.
