New Delhi: In a case related to taking action against Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge for making controversial statements against Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the Thirty-Thousand Court has taken cognizance of the situation report submitted by the Delhi Police. Metropolitan Magistrate Chhatinder Singh has summoned the investigating officer in the case.
