New Delhi: Former Deputy Prime Minister Lal Krishna Advani was honored yesterday dated 31.03.2024 with the Bharat Ratna, the highest civilian award in India. President Daupadi Murmu visited his home to confer the honor upon him. Prime Minister Modi was also present on this occasion. Besides Prime Minister Modi, Vice President Jagdeep Dhankar and Venkaiah Naidu were also present. Earlier, on Saturday (March 30), four personalities were posthumously awarded the Bharat Ratna at the Rashtrapati Bhavan.
