New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi arrived in Dubai late on Thursday to participate in the Conference of the Parties (COP)-28, a conference on environmental conservation organized by the United Nations. Modi will only stay in Dubai until Friday evening, but during this time, he will participate in the high-level opening session of COP-28 and present India’s perspective in three separate sessions related to the conference.
