New Delhi: Tanmay Agrawal fell short of breaking Brian Lara’s world record for the highest individual score (501*) in first-class cricket. However, he set a new world record for hitting the most sixes. Playing for Nexgen Cricket Ground in Hyderabad against Arunachal Pradesh in the Ranji Trophy Plate Group match on the first day, Tanmay Agrawal made history by scoring the fastest triple century in first-class cricket on Saturday, getting out after scoring 366 runs.
