New Delhi: The Income Tax Department (IT) has informed the Supreme Court that it will not take any harsh steps to recover ₹1700 crore from the Congress party during the Lok Sabha elections. Meanwhile, the IT Department has urged the court to schedule the hearing for the case in June.
