Janata Dal (United) on Thursday claimed that Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar is setting a similar political agenda before the 2024 Lok Sabha elections with steps like caste census, increase in reservation and women empowerment. Like Prime Minister Narendra Modi did before the 2014 elections.
JD(U) chief spokesperson K.C. Tyagi said there was a political vacuum in national politics before the 2014 Lok Sabha elections and Modi filled it with his agenda.
