Noida: The case of Seema Haider’s marriage to an Indian youth still persists. Seema’s Pakistani husband, Gulam Haider, approached a Noida court this week through Indian lawyer Momin Malik, accusing Seema and her companion Sachin Meena of fraud. Legal action against both is demanded. Malik filed an application under section 156 (3) of the CrPC, permitting the magistrate to order an investigation.
