Due to the ongoing dispute between Canada and India after terrorist Hardeep Ninjar, its direct impact is also visible on Canadian educational institutions. A report by the Canadian Bureau for International Education says that 20 per cent of Indian students eyeing Canadian universities for 2023 have decided to postpone their studies. Another report by Times Higher Education found that some Indian students are considering transferring to the United Kingdom (UK) or Australia due to the diplomatic dispute.
