Haryana Deputy Chief Minister Dushyant Chautala said that blood donation is a virtuous act and one unit of blood can save the lives of 4 people.Deputy CM today Baba Jethu on behalf of Haryana Yuva Saathi Group of Mahendergarh district He was addressing the youth after inaugurating the 52nd mega blood donation camp organized at Mandir Dharamshala, Nasibpur.
Dushyant Chautala said that organizing such camps continuously by the social organization proves in itself that it is fulfilling its responsibility in the society. He said that a healthy person must donate blood at least twice in a year. Donating blood does not cause any weakness in the body. Donated blood is replenished in the body of the donor within 1 week.
He appealed to the youth to actively participate in social work like blood donation. He said that blood collected through blood donation for accidental accident and needy sick person proves to be a boon for life. There is no other alternative to blood, so youth should always be ahead in such events and become a source of inspiration for others.
