Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde has promised to resolve issues in Navi Mumbai and support its development, commissioning several projects in the area. Speaking at the opening of the upgraded Wonders Park in Nerul, Shinde praised Navi Mumbai for delivering the projects and called for other cities to follow suit. He also explained how the upcoming Mumbai Trans Harbour Link will connect Mumbai and Navi Mumbai, reducing pollution and fuel consumption. The event highlighted simmering differences between the Shiv Sena and the BJP faction loyal to MLA Ganesh Naik.
