Rajya Sabha Chairman Jagdeep Dhankhar announced an extension of the suspension for AAP MP Sanjay Singh. Dhankhar mentioned that the matter had been sent to the Special Privileges Committee, and the suspension order would remain in effect until the committee’s report is received, even beyond the current session.
Additionally, Rajya Sabha suspended Raghav Chadha. Dhankhar suspended Chadha from the Rajya Sabha, pending the receipt of the Special Privileges Committee’s report. Chadha’s suspension will continue until the report is submitted to the council.
