Amid Patna floods, LKG student Shivam Kumar was abducted from a private school on Tuesday afternoon. The police later apprehended him at Bakhtiyarpur station hours after the kidnapping. Shivam’s father, Sunil Kumar, is a gold trader. The culprits had demanded a ransom of 20 lakhs from him. Raids are underway to arrest the suspects.
