Pawan Singh And Asansol Loksabha Seat: Almost half of the voters in Asansol Loksabha constituency in West Bengal are from the neighboring states of Jharkhand and Bihar. This seat has been a stronghold of the Left. Trinamool Congress has won only one election while BJP had won Asansol in 2014 and 2019.
