Preparations are underway to penalize individuals who haven’t built homes despite receiving funds from the PM Housing Scheme. In the Meskaur block, the aim was to provide 4719 people with permanent homes in the 2021-22 scheme. Among them, 4412 have completed construction, but 302 beneficiaries have not. The government is ready to take action and reclaim the funds.
