Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Monday inaugurated and laid the foundation stone of nearly 2,000 railway infrastructure projects worth more than Rs 41,000 crore. During this time he also dedicated some projects to the nation.
Modi laid the foundation stone for redevelopment of 553 railway stations under the ‘Pradhan Mantri Amrit Bharat Station Scheme’ through video conference. These stations located in 27 states and union territories will be redeveloped at a cost of more than Rs 19,000 crore.
