Prime Minister Narendra Modi launched the Amrit Bharat Station Yojana via a video conference. He laid the foundation for the redevelopment of 508 railway stations across India under this scheme. A new chapter is being initiated in the history of Indian Railways as well. Nearly 1300 major railway stations in India will now be developed as Amrit Bharat Railway Stations, marking a new era of modernization and revitalization.
