Preparations have begun in the police department for the Lok Sabha elections. Strong security arrangements will be made in cities bordering four states.

In the Lok Sabha elections, the Election Department has proposed to the State Election Commission to conduct voting as per the predetermined schedule, as done previously. Assistant District Election Officer Jagroop Patel stated that voting hours similar to previous elections, from 7 AM to 4 PM in Dudhi and Robertsganj constituencies, and also in Ghuraval and Obra constituencies, may be fixed.
