District Magistrate Dr. Saurabh Gaharwar and Superintendent of Police Visakha welcomed him. As soon as he landed from the helipad, he started taking information about Kedarnath area and the disaster. The Tirtha Purohit community near the temple welcomed him by chanting traditional mantras and garlanding him with Rudraksh garland. After which he entered the temple and performed Rudrabhishek and special puja of Baba Kedarnath and wished for the welfare of the entire world and people.
