The seat sharing formula has been ready between Congress and Samajwadi Party. Its formal announcement is yet to be made. SP is ready to give 17 seats to Congress. Varanasi seat has gone to Congress’s account. At the same time, Congress will return one seat from Bulandshahr or Mathura and will take Shravasti in return.
