With the administration’s new circle rates now officially in place, the land in Kailash Colony, Friends Colony, and Kareem Bagh has been revalued at Rs 30,000 per square meter. These rates have come into effect from this Saturday. Land buyers will now need to dig deeper into their pockets. The administration has signaled a significant increase in the circle rates.
