Ranchi: Hemant Soren, the former Chief Minister, remained absent from the House on the second day of the Jharkhand Legislative Assembly budget session. He was not granted permission by the ED court to attend the session. Challenging this order, he filed a petition in the High Court, which was heard yesterday.
