Record rise in Sensex as soon as the market opened, crossed 70 thousand

Last week, the 30-share BSE Sensex rose by 2,344.41 points or 3.47 percent and on Friday, both the benchmark indices of the domestic stock market, Sensex and Nifty, closed at their new high levels. On the last trading day of the week i.e. Friday, the Sensex based on 30 shares rose by 303.91 points or 0.44 percent to reach its all-time high of 69,825.60 points. At the same time, on Friday, Nifty of National Stock Exchange (NSE) also rose by 68.25 points or 0.33 percent and reached a new record level of 20,969.40 points.
