New Delhi, Aug 18 The rupee depreciated by one paise to close at a new all-time low of 83.10 (provisional) against the US dollar at the interbank foreign exchange market on Friday.
The reason for this decline was the weak trend in the domestic stock market and outflow of foreign funds.
