The country is set to have 23 new Sainik Schools. According to official information released on Saturday, Defense Minister Rajnath Singh has approved the establishment of these schools under a partnership mode. The new schools, apart from being affiliated with relevant education boards, will operate under the oversight of the Sainik School Society and adhere to the rules and regulations set by the society under the partnership mode.
