The Delhi High Court has granted permission to Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader Sanjay Singh to go to Parliament and take oath as a Rajya Sabha member for the second time on Tuesday. He has been allowed to go to Parliament while under police custody on either February 8th or February 9th. Earlier, permission was also granted to him to take oath as per the court’s orders.
