The Delhi High Court has granted permission for Senior Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader Sanjay Singh, accused in a money laundering case related to excise policy, to take oath as a Rajya Sabha member on Tuesday in Parliament. It is known that Sanjay Singh was recently elected to the Rajya Sabha for a second term.
