Dehradun: Uttarakhand’s Panchayat Raj Minister Satpal Singh Rawat alias Maharaj, in a departmental meeting, instructed the officers to make a garbage disposal app so that people can take photos of the garbage and load it on the app and that waste can be destroyed as soon as the information is received. During his visit to Haridwar, Maharaj described it as extremely disappointing to see no cleanliness anywhere and heaps of garbage everywhere.
