Shamli: The news of a bear’s presence in a village in the Kandhla region of Shamli created an atmosphere of fear among the villagers. Upon receiving the information, a team from Shamli and the Meerut Forest Department joined forces to capture the bear. The successful capture of the bear brought relief to the villagers.
