Senior Congress leader Shashi Tharoor on Saturday expressed confidence that his party will form the next government in Mizoram. Tharoor, Lok Sabha MP from Thiruvananthapuram in Kerala, said at a press conference here that Mizoram will be the first state in the north-east where the Congress will return to power after 2014. In the year 2014, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) formed the government at the Centre.
