The Indian Air Force evacuated 176 people, including 16 foreign nationals, from the flood-affected state on Tuesday. Officials have reported that the Air Force also delivered 9,400 kilograms of relief materials to the state via air. Sikkim recently faced significant challenges due to sudden floods, which caused damage to essential infrastructure, including bridges, roads, and other fundamental structures.
