
Bengaluru: India’s groundbreaking solar mission, Aditya L1, has achieved a significant milestone by successfully completing its third earth-bound maneuver, as announced by the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) on Sunday.
ISRO reported, “The third Earth-bound maneuver (EBN#3) was executed successfully from ISTRAC, Bengaluru. ISRO’s ground stations in Mauritius, Bengaluru, SDSC-SHAR, and Port Blair tracked the satellite during this operation. The satellite’s new orbit parameters now stand at 296 km x 71,767 km.”
