Patel, who posed as a senior officer in the PMO, had applied for a bail. However, CJM, Srinagar, Raja Mohammad Tasleem rejected his bail plea saying that his release could hamper investigation. The CJM in his 17-page order stated that the bail plea of the Gujarat-based conman is without any merit.
