Stock markets rose in early trade on Friday amid buying in IT companies and a mixed global trend. Earlier, the market had closed down for three consecutive days.
During this period, the 30-share BSE Sensex climbed 300.1 points to reach 65,540.78. The NSE Nifty was up 105.9 points at 19,487.55.
