New Delhi, Dec 1 (Language) The Supreme Court on Friday postponed till December 13 the hearing on the petitions of Congress leaders Sonia Gandhi, Rahul Gandhi and Priyanka Gandhi Vadra as well as the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) seeking quashing of their income tax assessments. Challenged to transfer to ‘Central Circle’.
‘Central Circle’ is responsible for investigating tax evasion.
