The Supreme Court will hear petitions filed by the Shiv Sena’s Uddhav Thackeray faction and the NCP’s Sharad Pawar faction on October 30. These petitions demand prompt decisions on the eligibility of certain legislators directed against the Speaker of the Maharashtra Legislative Assembly. The hearing, under the chairmanship of Chief Justice N.V. Ramana, will involve separate petitions from both factions.
