Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath made an important announcement towards women empowerment after passing the Nari Shakti Vandan Act and before Shardiya Navratri. During the review of law and order on Monday, he has given instructions to immediately implement the system of reserving the post of in-charge of another police station for a woman in every district, apart from the Mahila police station. He said that every police station, circle, district, range and zone of the state is under the direct supervision of the government. If negligence is found anywhere, the concerned police personnel will lose his post and his service will also be terminated.
