UAE imports a significant quantity of products from India, particularly petroleum products and by-products, while also making substantial investments in India.” He shared these insights during discussions about UAE-India trade.
He further elaborated on the strengthening ties between India and the UAE, mentioning the multiple visits of Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan to India and Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s reciprocal visits to the UAE. He emphasized the growing bilateral, commercial, and investment aspects of this relationship.
Yusuff Ali also praised India under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, recognizing it as an emerging global power with one of the world’s most robust economies. He emphasized that both the UAE and India share a common focus on peace, stability, and economic progress.
Highlighting the significant contribution of the Indian community in the UAE, he mentioned that over 3.54 million Indians play an essential role in the development of the UAE’s economy and society. He emphasized the respect and dignity accorded to Indians in the UAE.
Yusuff Ali expressed optimism about the continued cooperation between India and the UAE, acknowledging Abu Dhabi as a safe and secure environment for work and residence, fostering talent, innovation, and entrepreneurship.
