National Desk: Prime Minister Narendra Modi targeted Congress leader Rahul Gandhi without naming him for advocating English along with regional languages and Hindi. PM said that the country became independent but the ghost of English did not go away. Modi said in an election rally here today that English is no longer required to become doctors and engineers. Modi knows the problems of the people, hence the poor child will become a doctor and engineer in the language in which he wants to become a doctor and engineer. He said that when a doctor knows the patient’s disease by talking to him in his own language, then why is English necessary for him to become a doctor.
