The Madras High Court has directed the Tamil Nadu Police to grant permission for Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s 4-kilometer-long roadshow in Coimbatore with certain conditions. The Tamil Nadu Police had earlier refused permission for PM Modi’s rally, citing concerns about law and order as well as the organization of exams
